Questions from landlords
No. The guarantee only ends when you as landlord confirm the release or return the certificate. The tenant alone cannot end it.
The landlord confirms the release by email, via the contact form or with the signed certificate. Without a claim we close the contract immediately. With a claim we pay the recognised amount up to the deposit sum to the landlord and recover it from the tenant.
Report the change to us by email or via the contact form. We transfer the certificate to the new landlord; nothing changes for the tenant.
