How we work
Swisscautionen24 issues deposit certificates for residential and business premises. The certificate replaces the classic bank deposit under Art. 257e CO: we guarantee the landlord the deposit amount and pay recognised claims from the tenancy directly. The tenant pays an annual premium and remains liable to us for amounts paid out.
We operate across Switzerland and work with property managers, private landlords and partner locations. Our team is based in Bern and available online and by phone.
