The essentials
- Swisscautionen24 guarantees the landlord the deposit amount stated in the certificate.
- The tenant pays an annual premium; it is not refunded.
- If Swisscautionen24 pays a recognised claim to the landlord, the tenant must reimburse Swisscautionen24.
- The contract ends with the release by the landlord or the return of the certificate.
