How is the premium for business premises calculated?

The annual premium is 5% of the guaranteed amount, plus CHF 50 administration fee, plus a one-off CHF 100 for issuing the certificate in the first year, plus 5% federal stamp duty. After acceptance you pay the first annual premium, then we issue the certificate.
